GROU.Studio is a small, independent studio for rental and resale businesses on TWICE Commerce — run by Karri Hiekkanen, Growth Lead at TWICE Commerce. Four years inside the platform means real knowledge of how it works: what to configure, what most businesses miss, and what’s coming next. One person does the work, so clients work directly with someone who knows the platform from the inside.

Getting set up

A 90-minute or 4-hour video call to get your TWICE Commerce account properly configured from day one. We go through your products together, fix what’s stopping you from going live, and cover the settings and features most users never find on their own. For businesses moving over from another system, we handle the full switch — data, products, Stripe, and everything else.

Ongoing support

Prepaid hours for ongoing help with anything TWICE Commerce related — questions, fixes, improvements, automations, or connecting other tools. Buy a block of hours and use them whenever you need them. Hours are valid for 12 months, minimum 30 minutes per task.

Custom solutions

For rental and resale businesses that need something TWICE Commerce doesn’t do out of the box. Past builds include voice agents that take bookings automatically, self-service check-in kiosks, GPS tracking integrations, smart lock access systems, and rent-to-buy flows.
